Clubs in both Great Milton and Oxford run from 7.30pm to 8.30pm and cost £6 per person. No need to book just turn up!

No special equipment is needed at any of the sessions. It is best to wear clothes that you find comfortable and easy to move around in. You may like to bring some water to drink. |
